Wonderful Wednesday
April 4
10:30 a.m.
Join us as Holly Stevenson performs her show “Over the Garden Wall: Beatrix Potter and Her Friends”. Imagine a tea party in an English country cottage where the invited guests are animals that can speak. Welcome to the joyful and whimsical world of Beatrix Potter and her literary creations Hunca Munca Mouse, Peter Rabbit, Jemima Puddle-Duck and Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle, the hidden hedgehog. This delightful program mixes biographical facts with excerpts from Ms. Potter’s beloved tales, told with puppets, songs and a bit of merry mischief worthy of Peter Rabbit himself. After the show there will be a make-and-take activity in the Galleria. The program is FREE and space is limited but no registration is required. |
