Photography Policy
Still photography of the permanent collection for private, non-commercial use only is permitted in the Columbus Museum, provided the following provisions are met:

1.      Flash photography is NOT allowed anywhere in the Museum.

2.      No photographic aids, such as a flash, lighting devices or tripods, may be brought in or used in the Museum, except by professional photographers under contract by the Museum.

4.      Taking photographs of objects and art owned by the Columbus Museum is allowed only in the art galleries, Chattahoochee Legacy galleries and in Transformations. Photography is not permitted in special exhibits or in areas designated as "No Photography;" works on loan to the Columbus Museum from other institutions may not be photographed. 

5.      To obtain photographs of objects or art owned by the Museum for any purpose other than private and non-commercial use, please inquire with the Museum's Registrar.
