Fantastic Fridays

Fantastic Fridays bring a variety of performers to The Columbus Museum. After each performance, participants can create an art project in the Galleria, go on a museum gallery exploration, and get a temporary tattoo! Seating in the Patrick Theater is available on a first come-first served basis. All activities are available until noon while supplies last. Special group performances for summer day camps are available at 1:00 each Friday and are only available through pre-registration.  In addition to attending the performance, each group will receive art materials and directions for an art activity to take back to their location.  To register for a group performance contact edu@columbusmuseum.com.

Performer: Celtic Fire
Join us for a program full of sprightly dance turns and haunting airs as we experience a bit of the history, culture and character of Ireland through song and dance. Audience participants will be able to join the band onstage as the program comes to a conclusion!


CREEK AND CHEROKEE IN GEORGIA

Performer: Natalie Jones
Storyteller Natalie Jones returns to the Museum to regale our audience with factual stories about life in Georgia, the Trail of Tears, and Native folktales from each tribe.
